Papas Pizzeria Restaurant Front of Building

Papa's Pizzeria was established in Polk City, Iowa in February 1998.  Now proudly owned by Shawn & Sandi Comer.  Shawn brings over 20 years of experience in the pizza arena in the Des Moines area and has remodeled the interior for a comfortable and refreshing dining experience.

Papa's Pizzeria is a favorite dining destination for not only locals, but, to the many boaters and recreation enthusiast visiting the local lakes and biking trails that includes the Saylorville/Big Creek area.  It is also a great dining spot on the way back when traveling from anywhere in the state to Des Moines or Ames area for athletics, conventions, theaters, plays, and more...

We are very proud to be a member of Polk City and welcome everyone with the mural on the side of our building.  We support the Polk City fire fighters in there effects.  We donate to Boy Scout and Girl Scout troops in the area, the North Polk School system in many ways and we give free pizza certificates to elementary students who meet reading and math goals, the Little League, missionaries, churches and many more worthwhile causes.

Fire Fighters Support

 

The Polk City Fire Department is partnering with Papa's Pizza to deliver pizzas. Firefighters will also check smoke alarms and change batteries and answer fire safety questions as they deliver pizza.  more...
